Secure Shopping
B2B Direct offers secure online shopping using the latest standards for encrypted transmission of data. B2B Direct has a current security certificate installed on our web server. You can tell you are shopping in a secure environment by:
- Viewing the web site address: The web site address should begin with "https://"
- Your browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) will display a "padlock" on the bottom right or left of your browser.
Warranty/Liability
- B2B Direct brand and other compatible products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of shipment.
- Original branded products to be returned for any reason must be received in our warehouse within 30 days to receive credit.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional legal rights may vary from state to state.
- B2B Direct's sole obligation under the warranty is to credit your account or replace the product in question.
- All warranties, whether expressed or implied, are hereby disclaimed and negated including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
- Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
- B2B Direct assumes no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the products we supply.
Payment Terms
- B2B Direct accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card orders may be placed online or by fax (303-684-8726) or phone (800-443-9343).
- Payment terms for approved domestic accounts are NET 30 days. Call 800-443-9343 for approval or fill out a credit application.
Updates/Changes
Due to our continuing effort to improve our products, specifications and/or packaging may change. B2B Direct will make every effort to keep our web site updated with current specifications and prices.
Sales Tax
B2B Direct charges sales tax for any order that is shipped within the states of Colorado or California.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice unless otherwise arranged on domestic shipments. Foreign shipments must have freight prepaid to customer account.
- Orders are shipped via ground unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping is available at additional expense.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in the B2B Direct Storefront online.
- Due to rapidly changing market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice.
- All products will be invoiced at the price prevailing on the date of order.
Returns
- To return product for defects, incorrect orders, incorrect shipments, or any other reason, a Return Authorization (RA) is required. Please notify our Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization or file a request online through your secure Storefront.
- Please provide information regarding the nature of the problem, the invoice number under which the merchandise was purchased and the date of the invoice of the product in question.
- A Return Authorization number may only be used one time and only for the items and quantities specified under the RA.
- Returns will not be authorized for merchandise shipped more than 180 days prior to notification on compatible products or 30 days on original branded products.
- B2B Direct will NOT accept or process any returns made without proper authorization.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging and both product and packaging must be in good condition.
- Stock balancing, including exchange of merchandise for that purpose, must be requested within 90 days of the date of purchase.
- A 15% restocking charge may be applied to any returned product that proves to be free of defects in material and workmanship, ordered in error or for stock balancing.
- Products deemed to be beyond the warranty date, totally used, not ours, or for which credit is not to be issued will be held for 14 days. Customers will be contacted and may request return shipment at their own expense.
- All decisions made by B2B on returned products are final.
- Special orders for non-standard products may not be returned for credit.
- Credit will be applied to the original form of payment (credit card or account)
- Credits issued for any reason are valid for one year from date issue. Unused credits past that period will be removed from your account.
Short Shipments
Please notify our Customer Service department of any short shipments within 15 days of the dated invoice.

Minimum Orders
The minimum order is $75 per order per destination. Orders under $75 will be assessed a $5.00 small order charge. All products, such as ribbons, must be ordered in increments of standard packaging.

Information We Collect
B2B Direct collects the following required information for a shipping and billing address when an order is placed or a customer account is created:
- Login (Sign In ID)
- Password
- Lost Passwords Email

- Credit Card Information
The following information is optional when creating a customer account:
- Fax Number
- Company
- Other State/Province (other than the standard list)
Creating an Account
You may create an account with B2B Direct by entering the above listed information. You may create an account prior to placing an order. B2B Direct account members may be offered special discounts from B2B Direct
Ordering Without Creating an Account
You may also order without creating an account. This means that you will be required to enter the above information, but it will only be available for one specific order.
How We Use the Information
B2B Direct uses the information you provide as follows:
- For shipping orders
- For a billing address to verify credit card numbers
- To create a mailing list in order to distribute newsletters and special discounts and offers
Sharing Information
B2B Direct does not share your information with the exception of verifying your billing address with our credit card merchant. B2B Direct does not sell customer information at any time.
Our Partners
B2B Direct may provide a link to partners on the B2B Direct site. For instance, our mailing list is handled by a third party provider. B2B Direct recommends that you check the privacy policy of our partners to ensure they meet your privacy standards.
Opt-In Mailing List
We offer you the ability to add your name to our mailing list. When you order from us, we ask for your email address. If you choose to create an account with us, your email address is required in order to communicate with you about your order. At that time we will also include you on our mailing list, but you will always have the ability to remove your email address from our list at any time.
We periodically send emails to our mailing list to offer special discounts or offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails, follow the instructions provided by our mailing list partners.
