You can find supplies using the following ways:
By Category:
- Click on a category in the left column of the home
page . Our categories are listed by product
type. When you click a link, the list will
expand to display manufacturer names. You may
then select a product from the displayed list.
- Click the Search Products link. You may then
enter the following information:
- Manufacturer Name (e.g., Hewlett Packard or HP)
- Printer Model Name (e.g., photosmart, deskjet,
etc.)
- Printer Model Number (e.g., 1218, 500, etc.)
- Cartridge Model Number (e.g., 51645A)
- You may enter any combination of the above
information
- Hints: Do not include punctuation; DO NOT include
commas between words
- Click the Product List link to display all of our
products. You may then browse the list to find
the supply you need.
- If you don't find what you need, reduce the number
of entries in the search box or contact us by email
or phone (1-800-443-9343) - we'll be happy to help you
find what you need!
- If you have an OEM supply (Original Equipment
Manufacturer), such as a Hewlett Packard or Lexmark
cartridge, you can verify that you have found the
right part by:
- Find the OEM part number on the original
cartridge. Enter that number in the Search
Products link. If that part number
appears in the Name, you have found the right
part.
- If you are still in doubt, please email
us or phone us (1-800-443-9343) and we'll be
happy to help!
- If you create an account with us, we keep your
information in our files. See our Privacy
Policy for specific information, but here is a
summary:
- We send special offers, discounts and a newsletter
to your email address. If you do not wish to
receive these offers, you may opt-out of our email
list at any time by following the unsubscribe
instructions on the email.
- We keep your account information so you do not have
to fill your name and address each time you order.

long enough for your order to be processed. It
is sent to us in an encrypted (coded) form using SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer) security.
- We ship your order promptly and will contact you if
there are any questions regarding your order.
